• To build a platform for both practising and aspiring Buddhist
music talents to share and network.
• Encourage sharing of experience,offering of constructive ideas,
and converge efforts for the progress of Buddhist music scene.
• organize workshop/forum by professionals in the field of vocal
technique enhancement , song composition/arrangement ,hymns
appeciation , stage showmanship and music camp/ workshop etc,
so as to provide Buddhist with the skills and tools for appreciation,
propagation and making of Buddhist music/hymns.

Bodhicitta


A Dharma singing group formed in 1997, with the passion to promote peace and spiritual well being through their music. In Dec 2002, they organised "Motivation. Unplugged", a charity concert held at UCC (University Cultural Centre), with the effort to fuse eastern and western music with a spiritual touch. Bodhicitta had also been interviewed by passion FM99.5 & Hearts Radio FM100.3 and release 5 albums from Yr 2001-2007.Presently, the group embraces various art forms such as painting, poetry, dance and music to engage, motivate, inspire and touch others through their sessions.

Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery



Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery is the largest and one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Singapore. Built in 1921, it has over the years helped to promote Buddha's teachings to fellow Singaporeans, bringing the Dharma closer to them.

With emphasis on the important role creativity plays in today's dynamically changing world, the monastery is currently focusing more on education. Other than an Education Dept, it also has a Youth ministry, Publication Dept, Cultural Dept, Web Dept, Spiritual Event Management Dept, TLC Student Care Centre and also runs the Awareness Place Bookshops..
